Andrew Bragdon was my officemate when he was a graduate student at Brown University. In 2011, he quit the PhD program to work full time at Microsoft. When he left, he stole my framed copy of the LP insert from a Neutral Milk Hotel album. Since he fled Rhode Island immediately after stealing it, I have no recourse of action to recover it. He refuses to return my calls or respond to my emails. Thus, this website is meant to document his act of theft.
In the above photo, you can see my picture above the fossball table at my house when I was an undergraduate. The picture meant a lot to me, so I had it professionally framed.
When I started grad school, I brought the picture with me. I originally had the desk by the door and I put my picture where I worked.
In 2008, my first officemate moved out and I took the desk in front of the window. I left the picture above my old desk because my wall did not have space. Andrew Bragdon moved into my office then because he was kicked out of another office on the fifth floor. He took my old desk by the door.
When Andrew dropped out of the PhD program, he came early in the morning on of May 10th to "clear" out his side of the office. He took some books and his laptop, but he left a lot of other items. This is when he stole my picture. He knew it was not his because it was already on the wall when he moved into the office in 2008.
